Wow.. nose surgery is seriously so difficult, and even after getting it done it's difficult, so even now, 3 weeks later, I keep coming into the app and looking.. I had a really small, short, and low nose. If you look at the old post I wrote about donated rib cartilage, you can see photos!! So every hospital mentioned both donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, and when I brought pretty nose photos posted here, the hospitals were split really sharply between ones that said it was possible and ones that said it wasn't.. To describe my nose, it was like a newborn baby's nose where only the nose didn't grow as I grew up.. I wonder if that makes sense. And I didn't exclude large hospitals; I went for consultations there too! Like posts here say, honestly I thought it was case by case.. At first I was like, large hospitals? exclude them all, but because of my personality I wanted to get it done quickly, so I included them and went around for consultations! Below, I'll talk about the things I considered important and the questions I asked during consultations!
• Which areas need to be worked on • Whether I can receive the CCTV footage • How postoperative care after nose surgery is handled • If any problem occurs, how I should request help • Whether additional discounts are possible through other events • Whether there is a consultation with the director before surgery • Whether the nose shape is possible while showing reference photos • Whether an anesthesiologist is present on site • Whether it can be done naturally
Besides these, when I looked at the director, I checked:
• Whether they had more than 10 years of experience • Whether, even if they were cold, they accurately talked only about the problems and the parts that could be improved
I considered the 2 things above important!
Honestly, cost discount..? It wasn't unimportant to me, so I asked And also definitely..!! ask about how they respond if problems occur later. I think it's important.
Ah, I am seriously super scared and can't even get injections, so during the final consultation with the director I grabbed onto his pants saying I couldn't get plastic surgery.. ^^
Pain.. that's important. But except for my ears, I wasn't in pain, so after nose surgery, even with cotton packing in my nose, I ate pizza, chicken, and kimchi jjim and gained 4 kg. 큐.. They say everyone loses weight, but it was so funny that I was the only one who gained weight..
Also, something I want to tell everyone is that I don't regret getting plastic surgery. I didn't plan to make it too high, and I didn't want it to look obvious that I had surgery either. I really think you shouldn't get greedy with anything.

• Large hospital (2) 1. Price 3 million KRW 2. Uses donated costal cartilage 3. Not possible like the photo 4. Short consultation time and long waiting time 5. Price discount available 6. Anesthesiologist present on site at the hospital
I compared them simply!! I chose from among these and got surgery, and I'm very satisfied.
