I originally had a low nose and a bulbous nose At the time I was only thinking about raising the bridge of my nose But once I raised it, the bulbous nose at the tip became more prominent and my balance looked even more off than before When I take photos, only the tip looks big so I ended up going in for a consultation about revision surgery for the bulbous nose They checked the state of the nasal tip cartilage with an exam and said that the current nose only has a higher bridge and a clumped tip, so the tip needs to be gathered and the line connected, they said? I wonder why I did not hear this during the first surgery, sigh.. They also explained that revision surgery requires more attention than the first surgery, and I liked that they gave me plenty of time to ask questions
