Nose Surgery Reviews

Revision rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction at [Clinic A]

At another hospital, they said that because this was a revision surgery, I would definitely need costal cartilage, but the director at [Clinic A] said it would be possible even without implants and immediately told me the kind of result I wanted, so I decided to go there. First of all, I had used donated costal cartilage in my previous nose surgery, so I wanted to avoid costal cartilage. I had the costal cartilage removed, and the silicone was removed too. The visibility of the nasal tip has been improved perfectly, so I am very satisfied, and since it has not yet been two months, I will have to see how the scar changes over time. I told the director to focus more on the front view than the side view, and I wanted the visibility of the nasal tip improved, the shape that makes the nose look narrower from being lifted too high removed, no cut-in-looking columella, and no overly slim nose shape. All of that was improved perfectly, so I really love the shape, but the columella area still has some residual swelling, and the swelling is going down unevenly, so I think I need to keep watching it a little longer.
