Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose filler, Hiko, Botox -> In the end, bulbous nose surgery is the answer!

I tried all kinds of procedures, like nose filler, Hiko, nasal tip sculpting, and Botox, but the results were much worse than I expected, so after a lot of deliberation I decided to get nose surgery. My bridge and tip originally had no definition or dimensionality, so I wanted to create clear structure this time and get a natural nose line without going overboard. While consulting at Mighty Plastic Surgery, I heard the director speak honestly and professionally about things like my skin’s limits, and since I also wanted something natural rather than artificial, the director and I were on the same page. It’s also a clinic known for autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, and since I’m usually quite active, after considering everything I felt it would be best to fix it firmly in one go, so I chose autologous costal cartilage. From removing the nose fillers to correcting the bulbous nose, lengthening, and reducing the nostrils, I had all the problems in my original nose corrected at once. It’s still not at the point where all the minor swelling has gone down, but the bridge line and tip definition match my face naturally, so I’m really satisfied :)
