It’s been 2 years and 10 months since my male nose surgery.
I raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage, but the columella seems sunken and the nasal tip seems to have lowered quite a bit.
I have a habit of pushing the nasal tip upward whenever I feel like it has lowered..? It’s been almost 3 years, but if I keep touching the nasal tip, can it lower the tip..?!
Or did it get absorbed just because I touched the nasal tip..?!? Is revision surgery the answer.. or should I just live with it
