I think it’s been about a month and a half since I had surgery, and the rib area only hurts very occasionally if I get into a weird posture? I know that after more than a month, you can exercise... but I’m wondering if it’s better to rest more in this condition.. Pilates or yoga probably aren’t okay, right?? For those who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, when did you all start doing exercises like this?? Was it okay??
