Alar base reduction

Alar base reduction, revision natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery, lip, chin, and forehead filler, skin booster... all these things I did at once because I wanted to become prettier. Why did I do that..

Alar base reduction surgery, which I really thought was a simple procedure.. I had it done together with eye revision surgery, and when the surgery ended and I looked in the mirror, I almost fainted.. Even immediately after, it was obvious they had reduced it way too much.. What do I do.. I was crazy.. Once the alar base is reduced by incision, it’s over.. Before the stitches were removed, tape was on it so I couldn’t really tell, but I was depressed the whole time.. After the stitches were removed, “depressed” didn’t even describe it, and I hated life itself.. In the end, I spent a huge amount close to ten million won on full nose revision surgery, but because the alar base had already been reduced too much, the whole balance was ruined and my face completely changed... It’s my fault, I guess.. but Please don’t think something like alar base reduction is no big deal.. The nose needs to have some volume for it to help when changing the shape during revision surgery.. When the alar base is reduced excessively, the nose shape changes drastically, into a completely different nose.. The nostrils also lifted upward, so it looks like an upturned nose pinched with a clip. And the flesh next to the nostrils feels pulled so tight.. It must be because it was reduced too much.. The red scars lasted so long and looked really messy... Now, more than a year later, the scars remain as white stitched marks.. After getting one small surgery, every day has been filled with irreversible regret. And I don’t know why I’m the only one this unlucky. My double eyelids also became completely uneven, so it’s so hard. At the hospital, they told me to quietly wait until the eye swelling reached 3 months, but now, a year and a half later, one line is completely bent..

Also, when I timidly said it seemed like they had reduced the alar base too much, they said no, it was reduced just right and it would stretch out as I lived with it. But the answer that nasal flesh that was cut out after being opened would stretch sideways... really.. They should have done it while looking at my facial balance. I’m so upset, but it’s all my fault, I guess...
