I thought that if she was willing to lie down for surgery herself, the director must be fairly skilled.
First, I talked with the consultant about my requests and what I wanted improved, then the director came in.
He explained things very thoroughly, but among all the places I visited, he was the only one who said my nose was a difficult case. (Other places said it was an easy nose.)
Looking at reviews from people who actually had surgery there, they also seem to do quite a lot of breast surgery, so they said that when autologous costal cartilage is used, the rib incision line is along the inframammary fold, so it is not very noticeable from the front.
The materials were silicone + autologous costal cartilage, with ear cartilage harvested if needed. It would be done under sleep anesthesia, and the price was quite affordable, so it was good in terms of cost. The surgery schedule also seemed fairly open.
