3 months after natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + upper epicanthoplasty + fat removal

I'm now at 3 months.. Do my eyes look like sausage eyes? ㅜ Considering I had fat removal and it's been 3 months.. it feels like the upper eyelid area is swallowing up the crease line and still looks puffy..
