Before/after Hi, I hope everyone becomes happy through plastic surgery Last June, because of my fear of silicone, I had cosmetic nose surgery with donated dermis, had my hump trimmed, and since my nose was obviously wide, I had it shaved down too. I also had rhinitis surgery on the nasal tip, using septal cartilage. After 11 months, because of dermal absorption, I decided that silicone is what gives satisfaction cosmetically, so I went back to the same director and got only the nasal bridge done with a closed approach... There were lots of acquaintances who tried to stop me, and about half of them said, if you're going to do it anyway, why not raise the bridge a bit too?ㅜㅜ But people's minds are all like that, right? We don't get satisfiedㅠㅠㅠ Still, since it just looked natural, time seemed to fly by. I started smoking again after quitting, drank a little here and there, and didn't worry at all about my nose hurting. I was sure I wouldn't get inflammation, at least... That part was really good about having it done with dermis. But as time passed, if I exaggerate, my nose became like when you leave your finger in the bath too long and it gets swollen?? Since absorption doesn't happen evenly, one area absorbs 10%, another 20%, and so on, so even though I had improved the hump, it looked like signs of it coming back were appearingㅜㅜ After the changes started, I think I worried so much about revision surgery. But luckily, for the part I was worried about, the director said silicone could be inserted simply from inside the nose and that nothing else needed to be touched, so in terms of price too, since it was the place I had gone to before, there was an advantage, so I did it before it was too late. But I really worried a lot. Seeing everyone here, younger ones, older sisters, and older brothers, there were overwhelmingly many regrets about silicone, so I really thought and worried a lot before deciding. For now, I don't think recovery after surgery will be hard. I didn't know a closed approach was this much of a whole new world. I was surprised because there is no discomfort at all My first surgery was open at the columella, so it was so uncomfortable, but now it feels like I've skipped about 4 days of nose surgery? No pain at all, and the swelling, well, I guess I have to see tomorrow, but I think there won't be much, and there were maybe two drops of blood on the gauze?? The difference between an open columella approach and doing it inside the nostril is really huge. If you don't want a very dramatic nose for your first surgery, I think you could consider a closed approach lol When it was an open columella approach, on the first day the gauze was soaked with blood, but I don't really know, so it's good if there's no bleeding, right? If it's not bleeding because blood circulation isn't good, that would be a problem lololol For now, I have a splint on so I don't know anything, so I'll upload review photos in a week!!
