I've been to 6 places as of today. The director said my nose bridge is high, so it might be okay to remove the silicone and use autologous tissue? instead. My nose is short and I want to lower it a lot, and they said the septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough to lower the columella, so I want to do it there, but there aren't many reviews, so I haven't decided yet. Every other place mentioned autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage.
