I had revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago with silicone and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I liked both the shape and height, but maybe because of a silicone side effect, contracture is slowly coming back again and pain is starting to come up ㅜㅜㅜ I hope you look into rhinoplasty carefully before doing it. These days I’m looking into implant-free options, but it’s difficult.
