[For DB] Facial Liposuction Diary

After <if you look closely, you can see DuoDERM, but aside from that there is no bruising..> A detailed review left for database and record-keeping purposes *Will update later while monitoring progress

[Consultation] Manager Song Ina was so kind In particular, she did not recommend unnecessary things, and explained what principle the procedure works by and how it would help my face Even though I had not paid a reservation deposit, I kept bombarding her with questions on KakaoTalk, and she guided me as quickly and carefully as possible I came to trust that the aftercare would also be good, so I made the final decision!! *I think they also took good care of the cost aspect

Dr. Kim Dae-hyun tried to reflect what I wanted as much as possible while making it suit my face shape best It was nice that after taking photos, we analyzed them together and he pointed out the three-dimensional angles of my face that I had not noticed If you want a slim oval face shape, I think he may be a good fit

[Pre-op Care]☆ No alcohol x no health supplements x diet management starting 2 weeks before Also, so the fat could come out evenly and prettily during surgery, I loosened tight areas with gua sha Because of possible infection issues, I removed all nail and pedicure polish too

[Supplies]☆☆ - It is good to have 2 compression bands so you can wash and use them while managing hygiene well (prevents facial breakouts) - 5 days' worth of Danggui Susheng, prepare 80-120 packs of pumpkin juice in advance - Prepare a high pillow in advance * If you buy a leg pillow, it is comfortable when sleeping and can be useful later too - Prepare a full-face cold & hot compress pack from Coupang in advance and freeze it - Print large color photos of your desired face shape from the front / 45 degrees / side and bring them on the day of surgery - Buy DuoDERM, hydrogen peroxide, sterile gauze, and sterile cotton swabs in advance - Prepare a wide-brim bucket hat

[Aftercare]☆ Disinfection, radiofrequency care, systematic YouTube videos provided by the doctor, progress checks via KakaoTalk, 1:1 progress tracking by the director * Seems like one of this hospital's strengths

[Day of surgery- Day 7] I wore the compression band continuously, to the point of eating without taking it off at all I also kept doing cold compresses, and because chewing was uncomfortable, for swelling reduction I alternated mung bean porridge and pumpkin porridge for three meals a day for two days After that, I focused as much as possible on soft, low-sodium foods, took my antibiotics without missing any, and kept a regular routine I took pumpkin juice and Danggui Susheng, which are said to be good for swelling, before meals, so 3 times a day I also walked about 13,000 steps a day, and wore the compression band for over 15 hours

[Thoughts so far] (1) What is surprising is that there is almost no scarring, only about the size of pores There is also little swelling, and except for a slight yellow bruise on my neck, my face looks totally fine If I wear a mask, no one would know haha The pain is just a slight stiff soreness, and when I touch it, it feels a bit like when your mouth is numb after dental anesthesia, like it is slightly not my own skin?! *This is a photo from day 3, which is said to be when swelling is the worst (Samsung default camera), and isn't this pretty okay?

The doctor's technique is.. truly admirable... Thank you♡
