For my first surgery, I really didn’t know anything and just did it at a nearby local clinic, and I didn’t like the line itself. For the revision, I went somewhere a friend recommended, but I don’t know if my tissue quality is bad; it seemed to be holding well, then it came undone recently. If I do it this time, it’ll be my third surgery, and honestly now I’m not even sure whether the skin on my upper eyelids can hold up, and I’m scared it’ll come undone again. Rather than natural adhesion or buried sutures, I do think partial incision or full incision has better staying power. If my eye-opening strength is weak, I’m wondering whether I should just do ptosis correction together too.
