I’m currently going around for revision surgery consultations, and this is my fourth place, including Yonsei Saint, Hanabi, and Cowon. Maybe because it’s a revision, they keep recommending rib cartilage a lot Honestly, I do have some conscience....... so I kind of expected they might recommend rib cartilage????? It’s not a revision because of contracture, it’s because of drooping and the shape.. so rib cartilage is probably sturdier too Should I go with rib cartilage!? This time, I’m really doing it thinking it’s my last time, so I do want to get it done properly... The clinics’ opinions are divided between donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage. For those who had revision surgery, what material did you use? I was tempted by donated rib cartilage because there’s no scar to worry about, but I feel like autologous rib cartilage would have better maintenance after all...
