After surgery, the pain and bruising weren't severe, but the swelling was really bad and even went down to my abdomen, so it was so hard... I slept sitting up, went for walks, and drank swelling-reduction tea, so it got a little better. It's been 1 week and 2 days, and now a lot of the swelling has gone down, but my arms still won't lift, so it's a bit uncomfortable...! Because it was hard, I wondered why I did it.. and regretted it, but when I see how different I look, I'm very satisfied now hahaha
