I had surgery when I was 168 cm/68 kg. I had gained a lot of weight really quickly, but my upper body was stressing me out so much that I did the whole upper body. I think they removed about 2.3 L. Upper arms, armpits, back, belly fat, love line? I don’t remember the timing, but I removed everything that could be removed from the upper body. Back then I had gained so much weight that I was 68 kg, and after surgery I hit 70 kg (I think it was swelling). With aftercare, after 3 months I got down to 62 kg. First of all, my upper arms, which were still full even when I weighed 52 kg, became slimmer. I had a lot of back fat, so looking bulky was really stressful, but it’s been a long time since I stopped worrying about it. My whole body originally had an inverted-triangle shape, but at least now it’s become 1:1, so even though I’m in the 60 kg range now, I don’t have to hunch around because my upper body looks especially fat. (I used to be like that.) For upper arms, I really think satisfaction is 120% if you get surgery, and I don’t think this is something that changes just by dieting. Oh, and I got a side waistline, so even if I gain weight, I still have a waist on the sides. For 2 years ㅜ I couldn’t manage it properly, so a lot of belly fat came back, but I’m pretty satisfied with having had liposuction.
