Breast augmentation review after 10 years

I’m the person who posted recently saying it had been 10 years since my breast augmentation.. I live abroad. It had been a really long time, and I came back to Korea to get a few other surgeries done, and also because I was needlessly worried about my breasts, you know? But recently, the director at another private clinic where I had eye surgery asked where I got my breasts done (he didn’t actually see my breasts; it just came up while we were chatting during surgery), so I said I had it done by an older doctor at a community-recommended place, and he complimented me, saying that doctor is very good and that I had chosen well, so I felt good. That doctor also performs breast surgery.

Today, I went to the hospital for breast cancer screening and had an X-ray and ultrasound. The OB-GYN director there said breast augmentation is not an easy surgery, but the implants were placed very cleanly, and that this was unlikely to cause any major problem with my breasts. They said the implants are positioned very well in their original shape, and that they had settled in place with good consideration of the other mammary gland tissue and muscle positions. They said I don’t need revision surgery, and that with this result, I could keep them for life.

So what I felt again this time is that, no matter what surgery or procedure it is, you really need to go to someone who specializes in that field. Even 10 years ago, there were many factory-style hospitals offering cheap events, and tons of clinics run by doctors without much experience advertising all kinds of teardrop shapes and whatnot, but I filtered all of them out. My body is precious… Anyway, I hope my review helps everyone a bit!!
