I went around for consultations at four places: First Button, Pleasure, Chiyu, and Miho, and now I'm debating between two clinics. I can't decide on my own, so please help me ㅠㅠ
1. First Button - I went for a consultation with Director Kim Tae-hwan. The atmosphere with the consultant, the director, and the clinic was pretty good. During the director's consultation, they took a CT scan and used my photos to explain the structural aspects in an easy-to-understand way, which I liked. There was a 20,000 won imaging fee, but it was my first time finding out my nose looked like this lol. I thought I didn't have a hump, but he said I had a slight one, so I was surprised. He said he would refine the hump well and make the nasal tip look natural without any step-off. He said that with his own technique, it could be done without damaging the functional aspects. For materials, he said septal cartilage or ear cartilage would need to be used. Overall, it was a comfortable consultation that felt professional.
2. Pleasure - I found out about it because it was mentioned a lot on apps, and it turned out to be a well-known place. When I went for the consultation, maybe because it's famous, there was a bit of a wait, so I waited a little ㅠㅠ The atmosphere with the director and consultant was also comfortable and warm. I consulted with Director Son, and since he has many reviews for implant-free rhinoplasty and has good experience, the consultation was fun lol. There was no CT scan, and I went straight into the consultation with the director. It felt like he only told me exactly what was necessary, without overtreatment. For surgical materials, he also recommended the same thing: septal cartilage or ear cartilage. I told him I wanted a naturally polished look, but honestly, looking at the director's reviews, it felt like 80% naturally polished and 20% glamorous.
Honestly, I really don't know where I should do it. I really can't choose between the two. If it were everyone here, where would you do it?
