After having surgery at a clinic in Sinsa, honestly, in the beginning, the tip of my nose felt slightly tight when I smiled, so I was a bit careful when making facial expressions, you know? But the saying that time is the best medicine is definitely true. At some point, the muscle movement started to feel softer, and now there’s no awkwardness at all even when I smile widely ㅠㅠ I think the biggest relief is that making facial expressions feels so comfortable now, as if it had always been my own nose!! What I’m most satisfied with is definitely the line that appeared as the swelling at the nasal tip went down!! I really had both a bulbous nose and an upturned nose, so my nasal tip was blunt and my nostrils looked upturned, which had bothered me my whole life ㅠㅠ But once even the residual swelling completely went down, the nasal tip became really refined and slim!! Especially since it was implant-free, the bridge line doesn’t look artificial and falls smoothly, and whenever I take side-profile photos and see that it looks neat without that characteristic upturned look of an upturned nose, I feel so relieved lol These days, I hear a lot that my impression looks much cleaner and more defined, and I think it’s all thanks to the bluntness around the nasal ala disappearing and the line becoming clearer!! When people around me ask why I’ve gotten so pretty even though it doesn’t look obvious that I had nose surgery, I feel proud inside by myself lol I really think I made the right choice going implant-free because I love how it blends harmoniously with my face more and more as time passes!! If anyone is stressed because of a bulbous nose or upturned nose like I was, definitely go get a consultation lol You’ll really be able to see the line settle more beautifully as more time passes haha I’ll come back with another update once it becomes even more natural!!

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
