I went because of the first-visit benefit, and I clearly asked them to do the chin area, but they didn’t even put the device on my chin area and only did my face;; So I told them, and they said there was another procedure, so I’d have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour, so I just left.. lol I just wasted my money. I’m honestly speechless. It’s not the staff’s fault. During the procedure, even though the nurse said, “This person is getting it done on the fat under the chin,” the doctor said they would handle it, but in the end the device never even touched my chin area,, I hope they learn some humility. And does it make sense to tell me to wait again when I had already waited 50 minutes? lol
