It’s been 6 months since I had only cartilage tying and silicone, so why is the nasal tip still not soft to the touch, and why still can’t I make a pig nose? ㅜ I feel like I’m going crazyㅜ Why is this happening?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
