It has been over 3 months since I had surgery at a clinic, and I’m very satisfied. At the 3-month mark, I went to the hospital, saw the director, and had an ultrasound exam, and they said everything looked good. They said I can now lie on my stomach and do most things, but told me not to do exercises that build the chest muscles. After looking at my breasts, they said everything was good, but since I hadn’t been applying ointment to the scars very well haha, they told me to apply it properly morning and night. They said I can start getting scar care from the 6-month mark, and they also checked whether I was wearing the new bra I bought properly. They said wearing a sports bra only when exercising is also good for helping the tissue soften, so I’m only wearing a sports bra when I work out. The director was very kind and explained the precautions in detail, which was nice, and since they said everything was okay, I felt relieved. It’s already been 3 months, and now I’m living so comfortably that I barely even feel like I had breast surgery. I’m very satisfied hahaha!!
