I had a bulbous nose, so I kept worrying about how spread out my nostrils looked, and this time I got surgery at Dalbi Plastic Surgery. If you look at the before photos, you can really tell... my impression looked totally dull, and because my nose looked spread out, my whole face had no dimensionality at all ㅜㅜ When using autologous costal cartilage, they set up a four-layer support structure during surgery, so even without an implant it can support the nasal bridge height well, meaning surgery is possible without silicone! They said the line would come out elegantly up to the height I wanted, so I had the surgery without an implant, and now it has been about three months hehe Even after surgery, there was no cotton packing in my nose, so it was comfortable. I didn’t have any major discomfort or headache-like feeling, and the residual swelling seems almost all gone!! It is settling well and the nasal tip is maintaining well too, so I’m not too worried now haha. Since my nose has become slimmer, my overall impression looks cleaner and more defined, and selfies come out well too ㅜㅠ Director Byun Jin-hwan designed the line while considering the overall harmony of my face, so I think the dimensionality came back naturally without looking awkward.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
