One-Month Review After Double-Eyelid Surgery at a Plastic Surgery Clinic

I had double-eyelid surgery 6 years ago, but as time went by, the line became faint, and especially my right eye loosened a lot, making my overall impression look sleepy. Every time I took photos, the asymmetry between my eyes stood out, which caused me a lot of stress, so I eventually decided to have revision surgery. I specifically looked for hospitals known for doing revision surgery well and went around to several places for consultations. This plastic surgery clinic first caught my eye because it is a single-doctor clinic, and the consultant and staff who handled my consultation were really kind and thorough, so I liked that from the start. After taking photos, I had a consultation with the director. While other hospitals had short consultations that felt somewhat formal, I could feel that Director Jung Geon-il examined me very carefully. In particular, the fact that my line loosened easily was a major complex for me, and he pinpointed that issue precisely and explained that he would perform the surgery using a 3-point method so it would not loosen, which made me feel much more at ease. The cost was also reasonable within the range I had expected, so I decided to have the surgery that same day right after the consultation! (Oh! And right before the surgery, he was extremely meticulous when marking the design, so I liked that part the most too.)​My eyes were very swollen and I could not open them well, but even so, I could see that the line had been set so beautifully, so I felt really happy 😚 They explained the postoperative care very thoroughly and gave me things like swelling packs, so I worked hard on managing the swelling. Since it was in the morning, there was still a little swelling left, but after I put on makeup, my eyes looked much clearer and more natural. This is how I look at one month now, and I can feel that the eye asymmetry I was most worried about has improved a lot and my eyes look much clearer. Even when I close my eyes, the marks are barely noticeable, so I felt relieved. More than anything, I had hoped for a natural improvement without my original impression changing too much, and I think it came out exactly as I had imagined, so I’m really relieved. I’m looking forward to it becoming even more natural as the swelling goes down more👻👻 I can see why it has a reputation as a hospital that does revision surgery well. I’m so satisfied that I even think I should have done it sooner haha. From the first consultation to the surgery and aftercare, everything was handled kindly, which made me trust them, and I really like the result.
