I want to have everything in my nose removed. Without leaving any of my cartilage behind! I want to tell them to just remove it, even if I end up with a saddle nose or columellar retraction… But if it’s too severe after removal and I decide I need to put something back in, do I have to wait 6 months for revision surgery?? I really don’t want to put anything in my nose anymore, but I’m scared it might collapse.
