I went after seeing that they were said to be good at revision surgery for contracted noses too. It had been 6 months since I had autologous costal cartilage nose revision surgery, so I went for another revision consultation, and they said the autologous costal cartilage was crooked or something. Anyway, while saying this and that, they opposed raising the height more and only recommended replacing the autologous costal cartilage. I wanted to make the glabella, nasal bridge, and nasal tip all a little higher, but I was a bit puzzled that they opposed increasing the height a bit while replacing the autologous costal cartilage.. If they were only going to raise the glabella and nasal bridge by about 1.3 mm, it didn’t seem right to remove and use autologous costal cartilage again. When I went to consultations elsewhere, no clinic said there was a problem with the autologous costal cartilage from the surgery 6 months ago, and at two places they had said to leave the autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip as is and only replace the silicone implant, or if I was still dissatisfied with the nasal tip height, to use ear cartilage, so I had doubts about the surgical plan of replacing the autologous costal cartilage without changing the height and only raising the nasal bridge by 1.3 mm. So I passed

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
