Eye Surgery Reviews

Review of Made Young Plastic Surgery in a community

Consultation for my first surgery. It was interesting because it was a plastic surgery clinic located on B1 near Gangnam Station. The consultation with the consultant was good, but honestly, the consultation with the director was just so-so. Should I say it felt like getting an explanation at a factory-style clinic? It did not feel like they were explaining things specifically because these were my eyes; it felt like no matter who came in, they would just routinely say, “You can do this and this.” While consulting with the director, I thought, “I shouldn’t do it here.” Also, while I went around to a total of 5 consultations, nowhere else said I needed ptosis correction, but here they suggested doing it, so I was a bit surprised. But the consultant was truly very good at consultation, almost like she could captivate people, empathized well, and the consultation time was enjoyable. In the end, I put down a 100,000 KRW deposit.. It was because the price discount was much bigger if I paid the deposit on the same day. But after leaving the clinic and writing my consultation notes, I thought it over and decided to judge rationally because the surgery is performed by the doctor, so in the end I did not choose them.

The deposit does not expire even if you do not have surgery. Even if n years pass, if you paid the deposit, you can have surgery at that price. If you do not have surgery, it can be used for another procedure. That was also one reason I paid the deposit.. But it has been almost a year, and I did not have surgery here, and I don’t think I’ll have any reason to go get another procedure there yet either. Ah, as expected, I think it’s right not to pay a deposit, no matter how much they say it’s refundable. Anyway, if you transfer a 100,000 KRW deposit on the day of the consultation (they issue a cash receipt), they give you the final price of 1,550,000 KRW. (As of July 2025) Also, because it is a price under partial model conditions, if the clinic requests it, you have to send face photos, and there are 4 review-writing requirements in total: Gangnam Unni and Babitalk.
