An older manager threatened to sue me for defamation. Her personality was awful, and the doctor also lacked professionalism in consultation. They never once tried to think from the patient’s perspective. When the patient complained of discomfort and asked about a structural issue, they said it was a mental problem and said, “That’s your personal problem, so why are you doing this to me?” The doctor himself first mentioned a structural issue related to the brake, so when I asked about it, he suddenly changed his words and said he had never said anything like that.
I know this hospital has had major issues with scarring and things like that, so they consulted with a very defensive attitude. I didn’t go there for surgery; I had been recommended by another hospital and only went to consult about my current condition. But they changed their words, and I can’t understand how both the older female manager and the doctor could hurt a patient this much when the patient went there to seek advice in a blind spot.
