The waiting time is so long that reservations feel meaningless haha I went there for about 2 years, even buying a membership, and there were many times I waited 2 hours. What was really annoying was that even after making me wait like that, they wouldn’t add more parking support. They would only add it after I filed a complaint, and that was the most stressful part.
If I went in at my scheduled appointment time and the procedure took longer, so the parking support was exceeded and I had to pay, then fine, okay. (Actually, I feel like they should cover all parking while I’m receiving the procedure.) But even though I arrived at the appointment time, they made me wait 1.5 to 2 hours and then told me to pay the parking fee myself. That really made me angry.
And the membership.. haha While going there, I found a director who was good at procedures, so I bought a membership. This place is like a factory-style clinic, so if you don’t designate a doctor, the results are case by case.
For example, I bought a 2 million won membership and had been going with a designated doctor, but suddenly they said the policy changed so designation was only available from 3 million won, and that I couldn’t designate anymore(?) I mean, shouldn’t they let me continue until I use up the membership I already bought?
I had various complaints, but the reason I still kept going was.. the location was insanely convenient, the clinic facilities weren’t bad, and my satisfaction with the procedures wasn’t bad either. Most of the staff were also kind.
