After facial liposuction, my guy friends are pressing hearts on my Instagram Stories lol can I read into this?

The only regrets I have are my remaining credit card bill and wondering why I didn’t do it sooner.... But even now, I want to live with this face for the rest of my life... haha Various stories related to the surgery I had facial liposuction + muscle tying together, and after getting it done, I regretted it exactly once.... On days 2-3, I wore the compression band all day because I wanted the swelling to go down quickly, and then I got a really bad headache;; ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ So that day I slept with it off, except while sleeping.. After that, I only wore it just the right amount, and they said wearing a compression band can originally cause things like headaches or hair loss.. so I managed that on my own and got through the recovery period Still, looking only at the results, I’m really, really satisfied!! I keep thinking why didn’t I do it sooner When I told my mom I was getting liposuction, she tried so hard to stop me (afterward I lied and said I got a procedure done lol of course she didn’t believe me lol). I did get smacked on the back on the day of surgery, but now she says I’m so pretty and that I did well... haha Mom, I did a self A/S on myself.. haha And the before-and-after difference is seriously insane. I’m on the thin side, but I’m the type whose face alone carries quite a bit of fat, so this had stressed me out so much since I was young ㅜㅜ So I tried dieting and even bought and used that gua sha thing that looks like an octopus, but it had no effect When I diet, it’s not my facial fat that goes away, it’s my boobs^^.. so I was even sadder ㅜㅜ So I wondered if I should try removing it with a procedure, but not only could procedures not give me the effect I wanted, when I went for a consultation once, the cost was higher than I expected?? At that point, I thought I might as well have surgery, so I started going around for consultations When I looked into clinics, I always checked the experience on BBT before going, and since liposuction is a surgery where hard fibrotic lumps/adhesions are pretty much unavoidable afterward, I focused on places with good aftercare!! One tip here!!! When you read reviews, you get information from other people before going, right..? But surprisingly, when you go to consultations and ask, the information can be different ㅜㅜ Costs can vary from person to person, so let’s say that’s understandable.. but with things like aftercare, there were quite a few places where people said they originally offered a lot, but when I went, they didn’t have it;; So reviews should really just be for reference, and only trust what I personally see and hear when I go for a consultation!!! That way, after surgery you can avoid ridiculous situations like, why aren’t you doing this for me? > We don’t originally include that care?? lol When I went to the clinic where I had surgery, I had heard they offered unlimited aftercare, and if that hadn’t applied, I was just not going to do it But here, it matched the information I had known in advance, and more than anything, the director’s consultation was really professional... so I trusted them and had it done I hate vague, fluffy talk the most, so I filter out places that say unnecessary things But here, the director’s personality was similar to mine lol (probably a T....), and I liked that they didn’t recommend anything unnecessary at all. Oh, and places that consult while checking with ultrasound are the best!!! If they don’t look at that, they basically have no choice but to diagnose by eyeballing it... I’m paying my own money to get a surgery called liposuction, so there’s no dumber waste of money than only roughly looking into it before getting surgeryㅜㅜ
