I had been thinking about revision rhinoplasty for a really long time, and I think I made the right choice getting my nose surgery this time from Director Kim Hyun-joo at RU Plastic Surgery. After my previous surgery, I felt like my columella had slightly retracted, so I kept worrying about both the front and side views. This time, that area was improved naturally, and it feels like my nasal tip line is much more refined and the overall balance has been adjusted! Especially my side profile has changed so much. Before, every time I took photos, I worried about the angle and edited them a lot, but these days I like them even when I just take them, so almost all that stress is gone. Since the line flows smoothly, my whole facial impression feels more polished! People around me have reacted so well, to the point that they ask where I got it done, and they compliment me a lot, saying my nose turned out so natural and that my impression looks much cleaner, so I think I’m even more satisfied! Since it was a revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, I had a lot of worries and thought about it for a long time, but in the end, I’m so satisfied that I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner 🤍
