The nose surgery I hoped would be my last.. Thank you so much for making it successful

A lot of people get nose surgery, but I really hope you thoroughly research the clinic before having surgery.. I had my first nose surgery in 2019, then developed inflammation and had revision surgery in 2020.. I thought that would be the end, but this time the silicone implant shifted, my nasal tip drooped again, the line was not pretty at all, and since I also had a bulbous nose and a hump, I wanted to correct my nose comprehensively. Since I had already had two nose surgeries, this time I looked for a clinic that could clearly improve my problems. People around me often told me that Director Lim Ji-hong at a plastic surgery clinic was good at revision rhinoplasty, and when I looked him up myself, his reviews were good too. Just like in the reviews, the director analyzed my nose and gave me a detailed consultation, and I liked that he explained the problems with my nose and the points for improvement in an easy-to-understand way. I had heard the terms columella and nasolabial angle many times, but I did not know exactly what they were; after the director explained them, I understood why everyone said they were important. He also said he would use donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone as materials, and recommended doing functional nose surgery together. What do you think of my before-and-after difference? The hump, shifted silicone, drooping nasal tip, and bulbous nose I had before have all been resolved, so the line came out very clean. I wanted to get a natural straight-to-slightly-curved nose line, and seeing that it turned out as if the director had read my mind, unlike the surgeries I had before, I felt satisfied, like it was truly over now. And maybe because I had functional nose surgery together, my nasal congestion has improved a lot too, so I am happy.
