The director had a consultation with me and was extremely kind and thorough. It was absolutely not the kind of consultation where you never even see the doctor’s face, only consult with the manager, and then leave. There was no separate consultation fee either. The staff are a little unfriendly. I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method 10 years ago, but it came undone again, so I had a lot of concerns. Other clinics all recommended partial incision and doing both eyes, but only this director listened to everything I said and told me that if I only wanted one eye done, we could proceed that way. Like a psychiatric consultation, he listened fully to what I wanted and tried to reflect it as much as possible.
