With closed rhinoplasty, if the cartilage is tied and ear cartilage is inserted, the nose does theoretically become higher, right?? How much higher does it get? I’m curious whether it’s enough for the person themselves to feel the difference. In photo reviews, they usually don’t do only exactly that; sometimes they shave the nose a bit too, or the photo angles are different..
