First of all, I had always been concerned about the nostril area, so I started considering surgery, and I really hoped it would improve naturally. While looking into several hospitals, I learned about a plastic surgery clinic through reviews, and after having a consultation, I felt trust in them and decided to undergo revision rhinoplasty. During my consultation with Director Kim Hyun-joo, she explained in detail the direction that would suit my face, which reassured me, and we decided to use autologous costal cartilage and silicone + donated dermis to cover the nasal bridge. I especially liked that she pointed out only the necessary areas rather than excessively recommending things. After the nose surgery, there was swelling and discomfort in the beginning, but as time passed, I could feel it gradually settling in naturally. The recovery process was also smoother than I expected, and whenever I had questions, I was told that those things could happen. Currently, I think the area I was most concerned about has improved a little.
