I’m worried about revision eyelid surgery

I’m posting again because it seems like there are a lot of people here I had incisional double eyelid surgery 7 years ago, and my skin has sagged and the front part of the line has slightly loosened, so the front line has gotten hidden. That’s why I want to redo it so only the front line shows, and I’m going around for consultations. I’m really torn about whether I need an epicanthoplasty and surgery;; so I’m posting this. But I’m worried that if I do an epicanthoplasty, my look might become sharper, like Son Naeun? You know.. When I look at celebrities I like, they have that innocent puppy-like look, like Kazuha, Suzy, Go Minsi, and Minji. If I do an epicanthoplasty, can I still keep that kind of feel? And would it be better to raise the line a bit more and make it a semi-out line??
