What does cartilage tying mean when doing full nose implant removal? It seems like cartilage repositioning is basically done by everyone, but is cartilage tying bad? I heard it can make the nose look pinched. I do want everything removed purely, though. But it seems to differ by clinic… I have a consultation booked at ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, but I saw a comment saying it’s a place that does cartilage tying, so I’m worried.
