My situation is like this: In 2022, I had open rhinoplasty: silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage extension for the nasal tip, and septal deviation surgery (rhinitis surgery) at the same time. The nasal bridge was rasped down. Within a month after surgery, I had two closed corrections on the right side (osteotomy), so I have a lot of scar tissue on the right side. Right now, I don’t have side effects like inflammatory reactions, contracture, or cartilage show-through, and the shape is okay, but even if I feel just a little pressure or itchiness, I get so scared and mentally distressed, so I’m planning to remove the silicone For the tip, I don’t know how the step-off will be, so I’m going to decide after consultations! Right now, I’m thinking of clinics like ㅅㅅㅇ and ㄷㄹ. More than aesthetics, I want to remove it while maintaining as normal a nose shape as possible without problems. So I’m okay with things like the nose becoming bulky. As long as the nostrils don’t become uneven or it doesn’t turn into a shape that makes me mentally distressed... Even if it’s not pretty, I just need it to not look like something went wrong at first glance. Please also tell me if my nose has had a lot of manipulation
