Please recommend a hospital that is good at under-eye fat repositioning!! I'm in my mid-20s, but the area under my eyes often gets puffy and I hear a lot that I look tired, so I'm thinking about under-eye fat repositioning. Which hospitals are good? Also, I once had a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, and that hospital said they tie it once for fixation strength. But I heard that tying means they lack technique and are tying it to create the shape, and that good places don't tie it..? Is that true??
