This is a review of my revision rhinoplasty at Reset, which is really popular for revision surgery these days haha I was very satisfied after my first surgery, but at some point my nasal tip gradually started drooping, a step-off developed on the nasal bridge, and it ended up looking like Squidward's nose I was so bothered by my nasal tip that this time I decided to get revision rhinoplasty that could be maintained firmly. I looked into quite a few places online, and the place I ultimately settled on was Reset~ I wanted autologous costal cartilage so my nasal tip would not droop, and Director Lee Jung-hwan handled rib cartilage well and had good experience with revision rhinoplasty! He also designed the line with a good aesthetic sense, so I was satisfied. Since it was a revision surgery, I was very worried about swelling and recovery, but after just one week, the swelling and bruising were almost gone to the point that I could return to daily life, and recovery went smoothly haha The shape is so pretty too It also harmonizes well with my other facial features~ They say the surgeon's aesthetic sense is important for revision rhinoplasty, and I think it was good that I carefully compared things from the online research stage. I really, really like this nose shape, so since I used autologous costal cartilage, I hope it stays strong and maintains this shape well~ I was worried that I might not get a shape I liked with revision surgery, but I think that worry was unnecessary.
