I didn’t want to use silicone, so I had it done with dermis. Ear cartilage and septal cartilage were also used to raise the nasal tip, and the hump was shaved down. I also had short-nose correction done at the same time. It’s been 1 month, and my satisfaction is high. The nasal tip has lifted slightly, and the blunt look has decreased. From the side, the line looks clean now without a hump, and overall it feels naturally higher, so I’m satisfied.
