(Please help me) Removal 3-4 weeks after fat grafting under the eyes + front cheeks

It has been 2 weeks since I had fat grafting under my eyes + front cheeks (no repositioning). To reduce swelling, I tried swelling-reduction laser & radiofrequency, took vasodilator medication, and used swelling tea, swelling-removal pills, pumpkin juice, and warm compresses every day. On the first day after surgery, I was really extremely swollen (to the point where I could barely open my eyes properly), and now a lot of the residual swelling around my eyes has gone down.

But my face still looks like Jigsaw, and my front cheekbones are still so swollen that under bright light I look like a fish-faced human.. My eye shape has changed too, and my under-eye aegyo-sal is gone except when I smile.. Because my front cheekbones and under-eye area are swollen, my eyes look sunken, my eyes look like fox eyes, and my Mongolian folds look deeper. It feels hard to call this simple swelling because my whole facial impression has changed (harsher and like an old woman, like that “fan lady” look), and my face has become really strange (to the point where people ask why on earth I had surgery). I’ve even developed social anxiety, so I can’t go outside without glasses and a mask.

For one eye, I’m not sure if it’s scar tissue or overinjection, but under bright light a white band shows through like a wrinkle. I did this because the under-eye wrinkles bothered me, but because of the scar tissue, it feels like I just gained one more wrinkle.. I don’t think the condition will improve no matter how much longer I wait, so I contacted several hospitals, but the only answers I got back were that I have to wait 6 months.. (after all the fat has engrafted, they remove only the necessary parts)

Then one place told me that before engraftment, they can remove only the transplanted fat with a microcannula while watching ultrasound (they said the original fat is not damaged, though a little may be removed together, and that it is recommended for people who don’t need to wait for engraftment and check the shape and want to remove the fat graft quickly). They say removal is actually easier before engraftment (within 1 month after the grafting surgery). The price is very high, and they said it would be done under sedation anesthesia.. After one failed surgery, I’m being extremely cautious.. If anyone has removed fat grafting with this kind of method, please help me. The place I consulted is a clinic in Cheongdam. Please also tell me whether this method could be effective. I’m begging you.

+ The doctor who did my fat grafting was someone I researched and thought was fairly famous But after doing it, I found that there were so many people with the same side effects or even worse side effects haha.. I guess it’s my fault for not researching properly, oh well
