I waited an hour and a half, and then I was left alone in the consultation room for at least 30 minutes after being told the doctor would come soon. At first, they called me to some weird place, and I sat there alone, just staring blankly, for at least 20 minutes. The doctor was taking so long that I went out about three times in between and asked them to check, but they only kept saying they would come soon.. The last time I went out and asked them to tell me around when the doctor would come, they suddenly said the patient's surgery had been delayed, so it would only be possible after the surgery ended, and asked me to wait another hour and a half, wtf. Earlier when I came out and asked, they said the doctor would come right after finishing another patient's consultation, but then they changed their story. I don't know what the truth is. Seems like a place that's good at making people feel like fools. I went there, only wasted my time, got angry, and just left. If they're that busy, they should adjust and schedule the consultation times properly. They even called the day before to confirm I was coming, but once I actually got there, it seems like you have to expect to wait anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours. Their handling of things is legendary ;; Everyone, don't waste your time.
