Day 2 after breast fat grafting

A review for my own records. I’m really a thin body type with no breasts! In my early 20s, I was around the mid-41 kg range, and now I maintain 45 kg. Anyway, yesterday on 4/13 at 3:30 PM, I went into surgery. Before going in, they took photos of my breasts without my face showing, and since I was at the very end of my period, I wore disposable panties with a liner! Right before surgery, the doctor looked at my breasts, drew markings, and did the design? Since it was my first breast surgery, it was seriously embarrassing and awkward, but somehow I wasn’t embarrassed at all… On the day of surgery, after it was over, it literally didn’t hurt even 1 bit. Everyone said their thighs hurt too, but mine didn’t hurt. Even when I sat down and stood up, it didn’t hurt. But after it ended and I came out, I touched my breasts, and it felt like, did they actually get bigger..? Was it because the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off? Did I really get it done? It felt kind of underwhelming. They were small to begin with, but I thought that after fat was injected they would look really big and then gradually go down from there, so I was a little disappointed,,, But when I got home and looked, they were much bigger than before Anyway, I recovered a bit on the day of surgery and took a bus + subway for 2 hours to Incheon,,,,,, It doesn’t hurt that much. What is this? On the morning of day 2, even after eating breakfast and taking medicine, it still doesn’t hurt. I wonder how much will survive from here……. Please, I hope it doesn’t go away, please My wish If anyone has had fat grafting, please tell me tips for increasing the survival rate
