Instead of thinking only about the price and ending up with lumpy facial liposuction or needing revision surgery, I searched hard for a hospital that was definitely skilled and trustworthy, and I went to The CL.
2. It was the usual manager -> director consultation, and both of them really didn’t pressure me at all. They were the type to say, “The double chin will have a big effect, but cheek fat liposuction is not recommended (after touching my cheek fat, they said it’s because this is caused by ~~). Instead, I recommend (inexpensive) Botox.” At other places, they told me to do all kinds of procedures, so it felt very sales-driven(?) and I felt resistant, but this place didn’t have that, so I really liked it. The director said it would be a big problem if they removed fat even from areas that shouldn’t be reduced, and he is someone who does it naturally but as effectively as possible.
On the day of surgery, it didn’t hurt enough that I could just walk. After waking up from anesthesia, on days 2-5 it felt stiff, and it hurt if I ran, so I don’t think you need to worry much about pain.. Actually, the factory-style contour injections I had before hurt so much I almost cried lol

What’s good about this place is that their aftercare system is really well set up. Other places charge extra, but here they provide 4 aftercare sessions for free. You can also make appointments freely by phone. The staff member doing the care checks very thoroughly, saying things like, “How were you last time? This side is tight, so I’ll focus on this side. Going forward, I’ll pay more attention to this side during care.” The desk staff are also kind. I’ve been to many clinics, and they were the kindest. The aftercare guidance felt like something I had paid for, even though I didn’t, and it was healing. Oh, and the day after surgery, the manager called to check whether my condition was okay, and they manage each person very thoroughly.
4. It’s exactly the 3-month mark, so the inside feels firm when I touch it. They say the real line comes out from 6 months onward. I gained 1-2 kg more than when I had the surgery(ㅠㅠ), but I can clearly feel that my double chin is gone. Even though I’m at the highest weight of my life right now, I’m so, so, so happy that I don’t really worry about facial fat. Not just appearance, but for someone like me preparing for exams, getting rid of something that bothered me feels so relieving..
What I regret is that I should have done it as soon as I turned 20. Rather than spending 200,000-300,000 won a month on InMode and contour injections and investing time in them, this is much more cost-effective. And it’s permanent!! I’m satisfied even now, and once I pass the exam and return to my previous weight, I’m excited to see what kind of line will come out.
I totally recommend facial liposuction. It doesn’t hurt. This place is good haha
