1-month review of Mentor Xtra

[1-month breast surgery review][Specs]  Height 164 cm, weight 50 kg  Rib cage 63 cm, breast base width 11.3  Mentor Xtra left 270, right 295, inframammary incision, + inverted nipple correction  It’s already been 1 month since my breast surgery! This time, I bought the sports bras the consultant had told me about in advance and brought them with me  I bought one Nike light-support and one high-support bra, but the light-support one passed, and the high-support one failed  They said it wouldn’t work because the underband felt like it was lifting a bit They had me try it on and adjusted the straps too! And after watching me put the bra on and take it off, they said I was using my arm and chest muscles too much and told me to be careful about using my arms They told me to wear the Dorothy bra with the hooks on the innermost row from now on, and since they said one side was a little higher, they adjusted the shoulder straps as well! Looking at other people’s reviews, I was secretly hoping I wouldn’t have to wear a bra while sleeping once I reached 1 month,  but they said people like me, whose skin/tissue is soft and kind of like tofu(?), need to be extra careful, so I must wear a bra even when sleeping And they told me to put on the bra the way I normally do, so I did,  but I got scolded because the bottom was completely lifted off  They said I need to know how to wear it properly so I can choose a good bra later,  and they taught me again how to wear it! They also told me to be careful because sensation and tissue softness can come back in stages and then suddenly loosen up at some point Right now, sensation has come back a lot on the right side, but the left side still feels dull  My left nipple still has no sensation  I also still get a flinching feeling when squeezing shampoo Still, the tissue has really softened a lot!  It might just be my imagination, but after getting capsular care, it definitely feels more loosened, so I’m going to try to keep going once a week if possible
