Hello. I had lateral and lower canthoplasty at TOBE Plastic Surgery on January 30, and I’m leaving a progress review now that about 2 months have passed as of early April.
Right after surgery, I had swelling and a pulling sensation around the outer corners of my eyes, and there was some discomfort when I smiled or moved my eyes, but over time it gradually became more comfortable and settled naturally.
After about 2 weeks, most of the major swelling went down, and there was slight bruising, so around 3 weeks? it was at a level where it was not very noticeable in daily life.
Now that 2 months have passed, my eye shape looks more opened up than before, and the previously stuffy-looking feeling has improved a lot. What I’m most satisfied with is that the outer corner line connects naturally, making my overall impression look fresher and clearer than before. People around me also tend to say it turned out naturally well, so I also liked that the change was not excessive.
The parts that were uncomfortable at first were slight dryness and tightness, but now most of that has improved, so daily life is fine.
