The thing that stressed me out the most was my nose becoming an arrow-shaped nose when I smiled, and over time I also felt like my nasal tip was gradually getting lower, so this time, unlike my first surgery, I looked into it carefully before deciding on surgery During the consultation, I also mentioned my concerns about my nasolabial folds, and since I was using autologous costal cartilage anyway, I had paranasal augmentation done together too! Other clinics recommended silicone paranasal augmentation, but I was worried about the foreign-body sensation, so I chose autologous costal cartilage. I’m currently at week 1, so there is swelling, but I definitely feel like the arrow-shaped nose has improved, and the paranasal augmentation effect is better than I expected, so overall I’m satisfied. I’m still in the process of the swelling going down, so I think I’ll have to keep watching to see the final result.. But so far, I’m very satisfied~
