I’m leaving this review in hopes it helps those considering revision eye surgery in Gangnam 😊I had double eyelid surgery in the past, but the line looked too unnatural and the asymmetry was severe, so it caused me a lot of stress. I thought it would get better with time, but it actually bothered me even more. So in the end, I decided to have revision surgery. After consultations at several places, I chose Grida Plastic Surgery. The biggest reason was that the consultation was really thorough, and they honestly explained what was realistically possible and impossible. It didn’t feel like they were just saying they would make me pretty no matter what; they suggested the most natural direction for improvement based on the condition of my eyes, so I trusted them. Before the surgery, Director Kim Hyun-soo explained details such as the line height, whether to do medial/lateral canthoplasty, and the possibility of scarring, and he went through each of the things I was worried about, which put me at ease. On the day of surgery, I was more nervous than I expected, but the staff were kind and the atmosphere was calm, so I felt a bit more comfortable. The surgery itself wasn’t very painful, and they checked my condition throughout, so I felt I could trust them with it. There was quite a bit of swelling until week 1, but from week 2 it definitely started to look more natural, and by about a month, the line had settled in a way I really liked. Most of all, it doesn’t look unnatural like before, and opening my eyes feels much more comfortable, so I’m very satisfied 👍
